GUESTS’ HOUSE RULES FOR THE NEW NORMAL
SAFETY AND SECURITY: For safety and security, always make sure that doors and windows are locked at all times. Valuables such as cash, jewelry, or any item of value should not be left unattended. You may deposit your important belongings in the hotel vault which is located at the Front Office free of charge. The resort will not be responsible for the loss of any valuables or other personal belongings of the guest.
HOUSE RULES:
1. Check-in time is 2:00 pm and check-out time is 12:00 noon. Issued keys should be turned over to the Front Office upon check out. Lost key & Broken key shall be charged for P2,500.00
2. Allowed to bring with NO corkage fee, snacks, juices, water, pastries, individually packed food. chips, mineral water, juices and cake within the premises of the resort. For other food, standard corkage fees shall be applied accordingly.
3. Cooking or heating of food inside and outside of any of the resort’s lodging facilities (hotel, duplex, cabanas, picnic huts, etc.) is also prohibited.
4. Gambling, drinking of alcoholic beverages, use of prohibited drugs or smoking is not allowed in the resort (hotel hallways, hotel lobby, dining areas, viewing deck gazebo, etc.). Designated areas specifically for smoking and drinking (driving range at lakeside) are assigned for your convenience. Pets are not allowed in the rooms or in the premises of the resort.
5. Room amenities such as towels, pillows, bed linens, and the like are part of the room set-up and must not be removed from the room. Bringing of room towels in the swimming pools, lakeside areas, and recreational facilities (zipline, sky bicycle, super slide, slip and slide, slide and fly, etc.) is not allowed.
6. Damage to resort property shall be charged accordingly.
7. When leaving the room, please turn off lights & air-conditioning. Make sure faucets are closed when not in use.
8. Fixing of signs or posters to doors or walls is allowed only with the expressed approval of the management.
9. To ensure public safety and comfort, please refrain from bringing anything flammable, explosive, toxic, and odorous in the room. Electric appliances such as flat irons and stove which may cause a fire when left unattended are prohibited.
10. Firearms and deadly weapons are to be surrendered to the in-house security for safekeeping
11. Indoor activities until 10 PM only. Please maintain quietness after 11 PM.
MEAL AND FACILITIES GUIDELINES:
1. Packed Meal Room distribution- dinner 6pm, breakfast by 7am and lunch by 12nn.
SWIMMING POOL (OPEN UNTIL 1PM -5 PM), LAKESIDE MINI BEACH & WATERFRONT GUIDELINES
2. Swimming pool rules and regulations should be strictly followed.
3. Swimming in the lake is not allowed.
4. Banquets, bonfires, and other special arrangements should be coursed through the Front Office and subject for availability and corresponding charges.
6. Guests allowed to bring chips, mineral water, juices and cake.
5. Wearing of life jackets is required in all water sports facilities and activities.
Violation of or refusal to comply with any of these House Rules entitles Management to impose the prescribed penalties and/or to unilaterally cancel or terminate the accommodation and any unused payment shall be forfeited in favor of Management by way of damages. Upon such cancellation or termination, Management has the right to deactivate access cards, and/or avail such other measures which Management may deem appropriate or necessary under the circumstances.

*Pool (Sunday to Thursday 9AM - 6PM/ Friday and Saturday 8AM - 8PM
STRICTLY GUEST ARRIVAL TIME FROM 8AM TO 6PM ONLY. (boat transfer is until 6pm only, Front office is until 7pm only)
Reservation Cut Off:
Dinner- preparation of dinner is until 4pm. Please arrive ON or BEFORE 4pm. If arrival is later 4pm. Please contact us and pay a down payment to guarantee your dinner meal.

We collect and maintain information that you enter on our Website or give us in any other way (collectively, "Personal Information").
You can choose not to provide certain information, but you may not be able to enjoy all the features of our Website and services provided by Atlantis.
Personal Information we learn from you helps us to personalise and continually improve your online experience.
Here are the types of Personal Information that we collect:
Personally identifiable information e.g. Name, gender, date of birth, nationality, country of residence;
Contact information e.g. address, email address and phone numbers;

When you interact with applications created by Atlantis, we may collect information about your location and mobile device.
The information may be used to provide you with location-based services such as search results and marketing content.

Use of information collected
Generally, we use your Personal Information for administrative purposes e.g. processing, confirming, fulfilling and completing your transactions and requests for our services.
In the event there is a transaction problem/issue, we will notify you via email based on the Personal Information which you provided to us through our booking engine.
In addition to this, your Personal Information will be used for the purposes of sales, marketing or cross-marketing of products and services, investigation of claims and inquiries, check-in, refund, safety, security, statistical and marketing analysis, information systems management, system testing, maintenance and development, operational, support, customer surveys, customer relations and to improve and help us in any future dealings with you, for example by identifying your requirements and preferences.
If our hotel partner is subscribed to our Loyalty Program and you elected to be a member, you will also be a participant in the Atlantis Loyalty Programme
In such cases, your Personal Information will also be used to administer your membership and offer you the perks which you are eligible under this programme.
Sharing of Information Collected
We may process and disclose your personal information within hotel partner, our subsidiaries and affiliates and/or third parties, such as credit card verification providers, data analytics, marketing agency, immigration authorities, safety and security personnel, parties which have business or contractual dealings with Atlantis and its subsidiaries or affiliates, and other third party who is able to demonstrate that you have explicitly consented to the disclosure of your Personal Information by us to such third party.
Your personal information may also be disclosed or transferred to any of Atlantis actual and potential assignee, transferee or acquirer (within or outside the Philippines) (including our affiliates and subsidiaries) or our business, assets or group companies, or in connection with any corporate restructuring or exercise including our restructuring to transfer the business, assets and/or liabilities.
Furthermore, Atlantis will jointly use personal information as well as cookies for the purposes as described in “Use of information collected” and “Cookies” respectively.
Whenever required by law, we will disclose your personal information to government bodies or authorities or third parties pursuant to a subpoena or other legal process accordingly.
As part of our effort to serve you better, we are constantly enhancing and expanding our services to fulfill your ever-growing needs. In order to realise this business aim, we will from time to time appoint, authorise or contract with strategic business partners. Cookies
A "cookie" is an identifier which we transfer to the hard drive of your desktop computer or laptop, or the memory card of your mobile devices through the web browser you used when you visit our hotel partners' website. It allows our system to recognize you when you visit our hotel partners' website again and improve our service to you. The information is used to track visitor use of the website and the IBE, and to compile statistical reports on website activity.

Data Storage
The headquarters of Atlantis is located in Philippines. However, we may transfer and store your Personal Information on our servers located overseas. Such transfers are necessary pursuant to our contract with data subject and/or our contract(s) with the relevant third parties.
Atlantis will secure the storage in compliance with the minimum security measures prescribed under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012, its regulation and standards.

Access to and Correction of Your Personal Information
You may access your Personal Information by logging-in to your Member Profile.
